Adam Hamilton explores Jesus’s ministry with and for women, which Luke emphasizes more than the other Gospels. He discusses ways in which women experience inequality elsewhere in Scripture and in our world today. He concludes with a discussion of Luke 7, where a sinful woman anoints Jesus’s feet. Jesus saw the woman as a child of God, not as a sinner. In the same way, Jesus sees us for who we are, as God’s children.
