I am forsaken, abandoned at the end of all the paths of peace that were supposed to lead to me. You seek other lovers and the dreams of those dreamers tell lies. There is no peace. Now you call out to me, "Where shall we go?" While Jeremiah and Rachel stand weeping, there is no peace. I accuse you. I eliminate peace from the vernacular of your lies. I leave you, the potter shards, the abandoned fields, the sour grapes. Disaster. There is no peace. Even redemption comes at a cost.
