The Bible in 30 Seconds or Less | Old Testament: Major Prophets

The Book of Daniel tells the story of prophet and royal dream interpreter, Daniel. This apocalyptic text follows our friend as he makes meaning out of the dreams of kings, and turns wild images into predictions of the rise and fall of kings and kingdoms. Throughout, we read tales of faithful folks who do not back down in the worshiping of their God and survive the horror and death sentences attempted by kings. Though shocked and in awe, the kings do not learn their lesson, and in the end, do not fair as well as our faithful few.
